Most people overeat because we are served so much food when we go out to eat, that we think that's how much we should be eating. And when it's there, tasting so good, its hard to stop even when your full. You just keep eating, then afterward you feel bloated like a balloon! 


You're actually served double what you should be eating when you go to a restraunt. A good tip is to divide everything on your plate in half and put the rest in a box to-go before you even start eating!

This goes for cheat meals and healthy meals alike.
