Clean Eating Recipes


TUNA LETTUCE WRAPS

Ingredients:

  • 2 (2.6 oz.) Pouch - Low Sodium White Tuna in Water
  • 18 tsp. pepper
  • 18 tsp. garlic powder
  • 14 cup chopped tomato
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped red onion
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped cilantro
  • 2 Tbsp. of green olives
  • 4 medium romaine hearts (or other round lettuce leaves)
  • Optional: salt-free seasoning mix *POSTED above! 

Directions:

  • In a medium bowl, mix tuna, pepper and garlic powder. If you like, season to taste with salt-free seasoning mix.
  • Add tomato, onion and cilantro, green olives and stir well.
  • Divide mixture between lettuce leaves, wrap and enjoy!



Ingredients:

  • 1- Trader Joe's Turkey (ALL WHITE) Burgers ( box comes with 4 and I prep them all at once). 
  • 1/2 tsp. Garlic & herb (I use the "Flavor Mate" seasoning blend - SALT FREE)
  • 1- Bag of frozen broccoli (microwave bag)
  • 18 tsp. pepper
  • 18 tsp. garlic powder
  • Mustard
  • Franks Red hot sauce 
  • Optional: salt-free seasoning mix

Directions:

  • Microwave broccoli for 5 minutes and wait 1 minute to cool down. In a medium bowl, mix brocilli, pepper and garlic powder. If you like, season to taste with salt-free seasoning mix.
  • Season each side of turkey burger and place on the grill till cooked
  • Add mustard and franks hot sauce together in a small bowl, mix well and drizzle over broccoli and use the rest for dipping your turkey burger in
  • Enjoy!

LATE NIGHT GLUTEN FREE -------- > Dessert! 
It literally taste AMAZING and I don't regret eating it. My sweet tooth has disappeared. You are probably thinking that is a brownie BUT it's NOT! 
1/2 cup of Blueberries
1/2 cup of Strawberries
1/2 of a Chocolate peanut butter quest bar
Crumble the quest bar over your fruit and its the BOMB!!!!!


Craving mexican food?? 
SO here is my healthy tacos without a tortilla lol. It's super delicious of course even without the tortilla.


1 lb Lean ground turkey
1 bag of frozen mixed bell peppers (I bought mine from Trader Joes, it was grilled bell peppers)
1 bag of Mrs. Dash taco seasoning (seasoned the turkey with 1/2 and the peppers with the other 1/2) 
2 small avocados
*optional franks hot sauce for flavor

The picture below is one serving..... I was able to make 3 servings for this week with the items listed above.
