Up and at it this morning...getting my week scheduled out and prepping my meals.
Meal prep is key if you want to succeed at losing weight....It takes practice to get the hang of planning and prepping your meals. Thankfully its much easier with my 21-day fix portion control containers and eating plan. It's so helpful and simple to follow!!!
~ MEAL PREP TIP: Choose one meal and prepare 5 servings of it on Sunday to last for lunch/dinner the rest of the week, plus a healthy breakfast every day and healthy snacks when needed.
