Day 12 of 21 has been completed..... only 9 days left of my Ultimate Reset. Its been great so far and I've been enjoying every minute of it. New recipes, new types of food.. definitely learning A LOT! I was able to stay on track during Christmas .. and only indulged in 2 small Christmas cookies... but that's ok. I made the choice and not beating myself up over it.

Tonight's dinner was actually really good.... It was the first time to have millet and collard greens. I absolutely LOVE beets so I was pretty excited about tonight meal.

I can't believe that phase 2 is almost over and that I will be going into week 3 in just 2 days. I've been so proud of myself so far.

So week 3 is called the RESTORE phase. I will eliminate grains and legumes to focus on simple, cleansing, fruit/veggie based diet. I better love my grains the next 2 days... lol.

More than 1/2 way done! <3

Day 6 is here which mean week 2 of the Ultimate Reset is just around the corner. 

So it's time to prep and get the groceries needed for the next phase. Phase 2 - Release. 

During the Release phase, I will completely eliminate animal products, including dairy, eggs, and meat! I will move into a more vegetable, fruit, and whole grain base diet. The majority of my breakfast meals will include fresh fruit. 

I will begin to RELEASE unwanted compound that have been holding my system back and start the detoxification process. This phase includes a gentle colon cleanse and digestive support. I will be fully vegan in week 2!

Day 5/21 of the Ultimate Reset! 
Breakfast this morning is pretty interesting … I don’t think I ever had something like this but its mmmmmm…. DELICIOUS!!!! 
Farina with walnuts, apple, and maple syrup….I’ve never had this combination or Farina before. Have you? 
TASTE like apple pie almost…. YUMMY!!! <3
I’m trying so many different recipes during the Ultimate Reset that it has my mind going on what other healthy options I can make once I’ve completed this program. CAN’T WAIT!!!! 
I’m feeling great though! Lots of energy, bloating has almost completely gone away in just 5 days, and I’m just all around feel GOOD! 
So… here we go… Day 5 is here and I’m ready! Stay tune

Day 4 is officially done!!!! 

This dinner was freaking AMAZING! Filled with a ton of flavor. 

Stir fry veggies with quinoa and Cucumber tomato salad as a side dish is what I had for dinner.... picture below! 

As you can see it's A LOT of food and it definitely fills you up!

I'm just totally loving the Ultimate Reset! My headaches have slowly disappeared, less bloated, and just feeling great! The crazy thing is that it's been ONLY 4 days. Still have 17 days to go and I can only imagine how I feel after this is done. <3

Day 4/21 of the Ultimate Reset Cleanse!

You can't tell me that eating healthy doesn't taste good! This breakfast was Delish! 😋 I swear I forget I'm doing a Cleanse because I get so much yummy food in week 1!

I've had a lot of people asking me about this Detox Cleanse so I wanted to address it here! 

• NO I don't need to lose weight.
• Yes you CAN lose weight during this if that is your goal.
• I have larger portions and add healthy fats to my meals to maintain my weight while cleansing.

Here we go!!! 3 of 21 is going down today! 
This is the last day I get to enjoy EGGS! Ugh I really do love me some eggs.... I'm definitely going to be missing them the next 18 days 😂
Feeling great, been sleeping a lot better, and have my energy back with just 3 days! Oh and did I mention just in two days I've already lost almost 2 lbs! Say what!!! 
Ready for the day... what did you eat for breakfast? 
**2 scramble eggs with 1 tbsp of pico, 1 1/2 cup of cooked kale and 1 slice of whole grain toast! YUM!!

I'm SUPER excited for this mornings breakfast... love me some blueberries, greek yogurt and oatmeal... mix it all together and it's AMAZING!!!! 
I can't believe it's already day 2 to be honest with you... yesterday went by so darn fast. I feel like I picked a GREAT time to do this. This time of the year always go by so fast and with all the holiday parties, Christmas, and New Years I'm going to be on track rather than falling off the wagon, which is why I decided to do it now
I woke up with already a lot more energy and my stomach was les bloated in just 1 day... so I can't wait to see how I feel just after phase 1 - week 1. 
So here we go... day 2 ! Stay tune... and don't forget to check my progress throughout the next 19 days...

Day 1 is officially DONE!

Here is my dinner tonight which consist of Salmon, asparagus, and potatoes. It was DELICIOUS!!! I could barely finish it all though.


I'm really surprised as to how much food is on the Ultimate Reset. Lunch I was unable to finish my salad but I wasn't going to force myself. It does say that you can eat the rest as a snack if you get hungry but I didn't need a snack. I was still full. 

I did get a headache today around 1pm and it hasn't gone away. Caffeine is a BIG part of my life.. coffee that is and I know thats exactly why I had a headache.

Unfortunately, its NOT recommended to drink coffee on the Ultimate Reset but if my headache continues I will have to have at least 1 black coffee through the next 3 weeks.

Other than that it's been a piece of cake so far.. but I am only on day 1 going into day 2.... STAY TUNE!!! <3
Ultimate Reset BEGINS today...

I've got my 1st meal of the day and WOW.. its actually a lot of food. After grocery shopping yesterday with my roommate I couldn't BELIEVE how much food we will be eating for the next 21 days.

I've got 1 whole grain toast with 2 eggs and 1 1/2 cups of steamed spinach for breakfast... the only thing I wish is that I was able to put seasoning on my spinach.. its pretty blah but I was able to eat it.

I'm BEYOND excited though to see the our results after the 21 days.
