Day 12 of 21 has been completed..... only 9 days left of my Ultimate Reset. Its been great so far and I've been enjoying every minute of it. New recipes, new types of food.. definitely learning A LOT! I was able to stay on track during Christmas .. and only indulged in 2 small Christmas cookies... but that's ok. I made the choice and not beating myself up over it.

Tonight's dinner was actually really good.... It was the first time to have millet and collard greens. I absolutely LOVE beets so I was pretty excited about tonight meal.

I can't believe that phase 2 is almost over and that I will be going into week 3 in just 2 days. I've been so proud of myself so far.

So week 3 is called the RESTORE phase. I will eliminate grains and legumes to focus on simple, cleansing, fruit/veggie based diet. I better love my grains the next 2 days... lol.

Day 6 is here which mean week 2 of the Ultimate Reset is just around the corner. 

So it's time to prep and get the groceries needed for the next phase. Phase 2 - Release. 

During the Release phase, I will completely eliminate animal products, including dairy, eggs, and meat! I will move into a more vegetable, fruit, and whole grain base diet. The majority of my breakfast meals will include fresh fruit. 

I will begin to RELEASE unwanted compound that have been holding my system back and start the detoxification process. This phase includes a gentle colon cleanse and digestive support. I will be fully vegan in week 2!

Day 5/21 of the Ultimate Reset! 
Breakfast this morning is pretty interesting … I don’t think I ever had something like this but its mmmmmm…. DELICIOUS!!!! 
Farina with walnuts, apple, and maple syrup….I’ve never had this combination or Farina before. Have you? 
TASTE like apple pie almost…. YUMMY!!! <3
I’m trying so many different recipes during the Ultimate Reset that it has my mind going on what other healthy options I can make once I’ve completed this program. CAN’T WAIT!!!! 
I’m feeling great though! Lots of energy, bloating has almost completely gone away in just 5 days, and I’m just all around feel GOOD! 
So… here we go… Day 5 is here and I’m ready! Stay tune

Day 4 is officially done!!!! 

This dinner was freaking AMAZING! Filled with a ton of flavor. 

Stir fry veggies with quinoa and Cucumber tomato salad as a side dish is what I had for dinner.... picture below! 

As you can see it's A LOT of food and it definitely fills you up!

I'm just totally loving the Ultimate Reset! My headaches have slowly disappeared, less bloated, and just feeling great! The crazy thing is that it's been ONLY 4 days. Still have 17 days to go and I can only imagine how I feel after this is done. <3

Day 4/21 of the Ultimate Reset Cleanse!

You can't tell me that eating healthy doesn't taste good! This breakfast was Delish! 😋 I swear I forget I'm doing a Cleanse because I get so much yummy food in week 1!

I've had a lot of people asking me about this Detox Cleanse so I wanted to address it here! 

• NO I don't need to lose weight.
• Yes you CAN lose weight during this if that is your goal.
• I have larger portions and add healthy fats to my meals to maintain my weight while cleansing.

Here we go!!! 3 of 21 is going down today! 
This is the last day I get to enjoy EGGS! Ugh I really do love me some eggs.... I'm definitely going to be missing them the next 18 days 😂
Feeling great, been sleeping a lot better, and have my energy back with just 3 days! Oh and did I mention just in two days I've already lost almost 2 lbs! Say what!!! 
Ready for the day... what did you eat for breakfast? 
**2 scramble eggs with 1 tbsp of pico, 1 1/2 cup of cooked kale and 1 slice of whole grain toast! YUM!!

I'm SUPER excited for this mornings breakfast... love me some blueberries, greek yogurt and oatmeal... mix it all together and it's AMAZING!!!! 
I can't believe it's already day 2 to be honest with you... yesterday went by so darn fast. I feel like I picked a GREAT time to do this. This time of the year always go by so fast and with all the holiday parties, Christmas, and New Years I'm going to be on track rather than falling off the wagon, which is why I decided to do it now
I woke up with already a lot more energy and my stomach was les bloated in just 1 day... so I can't wait to see how I feel just after phase 1 - week 1. 
So here we go... day 2 ! Stay tune... and don't forget to check my progress throughout the next 19 days...

Day 1 is officially DONE!

Here is my dinner tonight which consist of Salmon, asparagus, and potatoes. It was DELICIOUS!!! I could barely finish it all though.


I'm really surprised as to how much food is on the Ultimate Reset. Lunch I was unable to finish my salad but I wasn't going to force myself. It does say that you can eat the rest as a snack if you get hungry but I didn't need a snack. I was still full. 

I did get a headache today around 1pm and it hasn't gone away. Caffeine is a BIG part of my life.. coffee that is and I know thats exactly why I had a headache.

Unfortunately, its NOT recommended to drink coffee on the Ultimate Reset but if my headache continues I will have to have at least 1 black coffee through the next 3 weeks.

Other than that it's been a piece of cake so far.. but I am only on day 1 going into day 2.... STAY TUNE!!! <3
Ultimate Reset BEGINS today...

I've got my 1st meal of the day and WOW.. its actually a lot of food. After grocery shopping yesterday with my roommate I couldn't BELIEVE how much food we will be eating for the next 21 days.

I've got 1 whole grain toast with 2 eggs and 1 1/2 cups of steamed spinach for breakfast... the only thing I wish is that I was able to put seasoning on my spinach.. its pretty blah but I was able to eat it.

I'm BEYOND excited though to see the our results after the 21 days.

UPDATE -------> DOWN 5lbs in just 1 week!!!!!!! 


I'm honestly SUPER excited this morning when I stepped on the scale to find out that I am DOWN 5lbs in exactly 1 week. Last week this time I was preparing myself for my NEW fitness journey. I took measurements, weighed myself, took before pictures, set a strict meal plan, and got my schedule ready to begin my new program, Chalean Extreme!
Today I am officially on DAY 4. I have a TON of energy, stomach is NOT bloated, and I feel 5lbs lighter. I'm ready to KILL todays workout and another day of healthy eating with no diary, gluten or wheat. 
I'm not to my goal yet, but I'm closer than I was yesterday!!! Even if it feels like I have a long way to go, as long as I keep working at it I will get there. Every pound I lose will feel better than being that pound heavier. 
One pound at a time! One step at a time. One day at a time. 
Success is in the details!

Alright peeps ‪#‎workoutwednesday‬ is here! 
Another day in the books for Chalean Extreme!!! Burn Circuit 2 just went down! My legs and arms are on FIRE!!! Here is a little bit of what todays workout consist of:
* Sumo squat with bicep curl
* Lunge with one-arm tricep extension
* Dead lift row
* Sumo squat with overhead tricep extension
* Dead life with double row
* Bowler's lunge with single-arm row
* Bicep curls with abductor balance
* Forward-lean lunge with double row
& triple-threat push-ups!!!
NOW that's a workout! 


I'm here and still kicking!!! I've made it to day 3 of my NEW fitness journey! 
Wow, I have to say yesterday was hard for me come around 2pm. I got a headache that wouldn't go away and I swear its from cheese withdrawals ( HAHAHAHAHA ). 
My body is going through some changes right now with me cutting out dairy, gluten, and wheat/bread but I know it's going be worth it in the long run! It may take a week or two for my body to adjust to these changes. 


I'm excited for today's workout which is Burn Circuit 2. Yesterday was a REST day according to the program so I did cardio for my workout. I felt weird to have just started a program and the 2nd day was a rest day BUT I'm following the program and there is a reason Chalean put it together like that.

Today is a NEW JOURNEY for me... you are probably wondering WHY, right ?? 
Well..... today is day 1 of changing some things in my diet. As of today I am not eating dairy, wheat/bread, and no gluten! I will be limiting alcohol, which is going to be hard this month only because it's my 32 bday in 9 days and I will be heading to Nashville in about 2 weeks BUT I'm focused and will be keeping myself accountable. I also have a ton of friends that are going to be super supportive and that are keeping me motivated and accountable. I'm also starting a new program which will last for 90 days!

4 Things to Do for Your Health  This Summer

1. Give Your Diet a Berry Boost

Losing weight isn't about starvation! It isn't about deprivation it's about eating clean healthy foods, exercising, & working hard at both everyday!
Meal prepping is going down in this house... You have to plan to succeed!

Within just 2 hours I have made my menu, meal prepped, and did all my dishes!!!! It's not as hard as some people make it out to be and its becomes a habit. The more you do it the easier it gets!!!
I was also able to make my healthiest meal of the day, Shakeology, since I was getting hungry... so I prepped and drank my shake all at the same time... WHOO WHOO...
Now I can enjoy my day and not have to worry about any of it and my meals are ready for the week!

Up and at it this morning...getting my week scheduled out and prepping my meals.
Meal prep is key if you want to succeed at losing weight....It takes practice to get the hang of planning and prepping your meals. Thankfully its much easier with my 21-day fix portion control containers and eating plan. It's so helpful and simple to follow!!! 



~ MEAL PREP TIP: Choose one meal and prepare 5 servings of it on Sunday to last for lunch/dinner the rest of the week, plus a healthy breakfast every day and healthy snacks when needed.

Feel cleaner, lighter, and healthier without starving!!! If youre looking to get a kick start on you health lifestyle the 3 Day refresh is a great place to start!!! I just completed DAY 1 of the 3-Day Refresh and feel amazing!!! I'm already feeling less bloated and gaining my energy back.

Sitting here thinking about how such an amazing year it has been!!! I've accomplished so much and made a lot of changes in my life. Here is a quick glimpse of it......
My mom, Carol Barndt came to visit to help me move out to a new apartment in the suburbs. I was ready to get out of the BIG city life I got brand new furniture (expense, nice adult furniture). Shannon Hargrave came to visit with her hubby during St. Patty's this year and we had a blast!! (SHE was suppose to move her but ended up in FL instead).... I took a trip to Traverse City for a girls weekend Winery Tour, which was amazing. Thanks to Brandi McMillan for making it happen!!! We had a blast.. tons of laughs and cries!
A few weeks later I joined all my fellow coaches in Nashville, TN for Coach Summit!!! It was my first time going to Nashville and let me tell you, it was amazing. Being able to go to Coach Summit for the 2nd year in a row was the best decision I've ever made.... I met the most amazing people and gain so many new friendships.
After coming back from Summit.....I quit my full time job at Michael Kors and decided to take a leap of faith and work on my Beachbody business full time... Within just a few months I ranked to Diamond Coach and helped SO many people with their health and fitness goals, which was so rewarding!!!!! I'm so glad that I made the choices that I did... even tho it's been a struggle .. its totally been worth it!!
Lastly...but def not least I started dating the most amazing guy ever!!! I can't wait for the New Year and I know the BEST is yet to come...
